CAM/DAOP

CAM/DAOP has been developed by the Component and Aspect Software Engineering Group of the University of Málaga. This group is part of the Software Engineering Group (GISUM) of the Languages and Computer Science Department.

The CAM/DAOP approach is defined in terms of:

1.     CAM: Component-Aspect Model

2.     DAOP-ADL: XML-based Architecture Description Language (ADL)

3.     DAOP: Dynamic Aspect-Oriented Platform

4. CAM/DAOP tools: Tools to support the development of CAM/DAOP applications

- C&A Repository

- AA Repository

Different implementations of CAM/DAOP are in development using Java, CORBA and .NET. Using the Java implementation of CAM/DAOP we have developed a Virtual Office Application.

The following presentation shows the most important characteristics of CAM/DAOP
